Terms of service

Terms for Selskapsendringer.no

These terms explain what the service includes, what you must verify and what happens if something goes wrong.

Last updated 18 August 2026

1. Supplier and customer

The service is supplied by DIGITAL GROUP AS, Norwegian organisation no. 917 277 494 MVA, Skaugveien 15A, 1911 Flateby. Contact: post@digitalgroup.no. The customer is the company stated in the order, represented by the person placing it.

2. What you purchase

You purchase an automatically generated Norwegian-language document package for the selected standard company change. It is based on public company data and the answers you provide. This is a document tool, not individual legal, tax, audit or accounting advice.

3. Language and registered information

The website may be used in English, but documents intended for Norwegian corporate records and Altinn are produced in Norwegian Bokmål. Registered names, addresses, personal names, organisation numbers and other official data are copied as supplied and are not translated. The Norwegian document package is the operative delivery.

4. Your authority and responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to act for the company and provide the information used. You must verify the documents before signing, conduct the required meeting or decision, obtain signatures and submit the correct form and attachments. Never send national identity numbers, BankID credentials or card details to us.

5. Price, VAT and public fees

The standard package costs NOK 999 excluding VAT and NOK 1,248.75 including VAT. The final total is shown before payment. Fees charged by Brønnøysundregistrene, Altinn or other third parties are not included unless expressly stated.

6. Payment and delivery

Stripe processes the payment. Available methods depend on the customer, device, currency and Stripe eligibility. After confirmed payment, the package is generated and sent to the email address supplied. Check the spam folder and contact us promptly if delivery is missing.

7. Verification, corrections and complaints

You must check names, dates, participants, votes, resolutions and signature fields. Errors caused by our document engine will be corrected and redelivered without another service fee. Report an error within a reasonable time.

8. Standard-case limitations

Do not rely on the automated route without individual review where there is a dispute, insolvency risk, complex share classes, foreign corporate bodies, unclear authority, specially regulated articles or interdependent changes. We may stop and refund an order that is unsuitable for the standard route.

9. Registration outcome

We do not guarantee registration or a processing time at a public authority. The result may depend on the articles, ownership, authority, creditor rights, regulatory practice and facts outside our control.

10. Cancellation, privacy and governing law

See cancellation and refunds and our privacy policy. Norwegian law governs the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights always apply. If an English translation conflicts with the Norwegian terms, the Norwegian version is used to interpret the service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
