This policy explains which personal data we use, why we use it and the choices available to you.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We may process contact details, public company information, answers entered in the workflow, order and payment references, consent records, technical security logs and communications. Stripe handles card details; we do not store complete card numbers. Do not enter national identity numbers or BankID credentials.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Recipients and processors

We use service providers for hosting, payment, email and consented analytics. They may only process data for agreed purposes and under appropriate safeguards. Public company information may be retrieved from Brønnøysundregistrene.

5. Retention

A saved draft is normally retained for up to 7 days. Order, accounting and transaction records are retained for the period required by Norwegian law. Operational and security data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to Datatilsynet.

7. Cookies and language

See our cookie information. Selecting English changes the interface and communications, but official company information and Norwegian legal documents are not translated.
